Directions to The Jewel Mill Plantation
From Hamburg State Park
Go past the park ½ mile to Harrison Circle and turn right. Then right up hill on lane marked Medicine Hat Road. Follow the lane 2 miles to an arrow pointing right. Follow signs to the Lodge.
From Atlanta Airport
IH 85 north to I 20 east toward Augusta to Exit 132. Turn Right to Highway 15 South to Sparta. 1½ miles south of Sparta turn left on Shoals Rd. Go 10 miles to stop sign. Turn right onto Hamburg State Park Rd. Follow the directions from "Hamburg State Park" provided above.
From Augusta
IH 20 to Camak Exit 165. Left on Highway 80. Go south on Highway 80 to Warrenton. Follow signs to Sparta on Highway 16. At Jewel, turn left onto Hamburg State Park Road. Follow the directions from "Hamburg State Park" provided above.
From the South
Highway 15 North from Sandersville to Warthen. At Warthen take Highway 102 to the right for 1¼ miles to Hamburg State Park Rd. Turn left. Go 5 miles till you see a church on the left, down the hill. Turn left onto 2nd Harrison Circle Rd. (dirt). Turn right at sign marked Medicine Hat Rd. Follow the lane 2 miles to the dead end, turning right, follow the signs to the Lodge.
